Reactive Dyes

MUNNAFIX Dyes

Reactive Dyes

direct dyes

When you first talk about fibre reactive dyes, the first thing that comes to mind is, color stability. Forming covalent bonds with the protein or cellulose molecules of fibre, this dye makes it hard to get removed at all! And so, with these dyes, there’s no fear of either the fabric losing its color and fading away, or it causing other clothes to get ruined.

At Munna Dye Chem, we are a leading reactive dyes manufacturer in India, who produce every type of this dye that there is, including hot, medium, and cold reactive dyes. By providing all the optimum conditions, we ensure maximum color fixation, hence adding to the overall efficacy of the dyeing process.

MUNNAFIX 'M' Cold Series

These dyes, work best if the surrounding condition is mildly alkaline, and the temperature is kept between between 25 to 35 degree Celsius. Also known as Cold Brand Dyes, they are found to have great reactivity fastness property.

MUNNAFIX 'HE' Highly Exhausted

With two different reactive molties of Monochloro Triazinyl, we get ourselves bifunctional Reactive Dyes. It is the stilbene in the molecule that supports the color. Because of the high molecular weight the structure possesses, it’s able to exhibit a very good washing as well as light fastness. Also, whatever might be the M:L ratio, MUNNAFIX 'HE' Dyes are always known to be substantive, and give really good yields too. With a high tinctorial as well as fixation value, every shade of  MUNNAFIX 'HE' is compatible with one another, while giving a good shade reproducibility. 80 to 85 Deg Celsius is known to be an optimum temperature for MUNNAFIX 'HE' Dyes.

MUNNAFIX 'Vinyl Sulphone' Based

In order to dye and print cellulose fibres, vinyl sulphone based dyes work great. Requiring a temperature between 60 and 65 Degree Celsius to be applied through exhaust method, they possess a range of strong properties, like - good fastness, remains soluble even if an alkali is present, has a commendable levelling property, is applicable through both padding and exhaust methods, is found effective for discharge and resist painting, and so on.

What Makes Munna Dye Chem the Best Horse in the Race, When it Comes to Reactive Dyes?

While reactive dyeing is one of the most popular forms of textile dyeing, if there’s anyone who can make this process more effective, it is without a doubt, Munna Dye Chem.

Our reactive dyes are:

  • Extremely stable
  • Competitively priced
  • Of premium quality
  • Used to make easily washable dyed fabrics
  • Resistant to any color bleed or color run-off

We are a leading reactive dyes manufacturer in India, who produce every type of this dye that there is:

  • Cold reactive dyes, that happen to be most reactive when applied at a really low temperature, ranging in between 25 and 50 degree Celsius.
  • Medium reactive dyes, which possess medium reactivity with fibre, and that too, somewhere between 40 and 50 degree Celsius.
  • Hot reactive dyes, because of being the least reactive ones, require a very high temperature to carry out dyeing - one that ranges somewhere between 60 and 90 degree Celsius.

Reactive Dyes, which do a wonderful job of dyeing and printing cellulose fibres like cotton, are now available one of the widest ranges to the textile Dyers and Printers, at none other than Munna Dyes Chem.
